SolidWorks
3D CAD design for part analysis and model creation
MasterCam
CAM software for generating ISO and Mazatrol programmes
MRP2 System
Integrated document management — drawings accessible from anywhere
PHASE 1 — Technical documentation intake
1st — Receipt of drawing, standards, requirements and customer 3D model
When all technical documentation is received from the customer, it enters our document management system to control revisions and restrict access, guaranteeing full confidentiality.
2nd — Storage and revision control
All technical documentation is controlled to ensure only the current revision is used. The system prevents document duplication and guarantees complete traceability.
PHASE 2 — CAD analysis and CAM programming
1st — CAD/CAM simulation
Using the SolidWorks model, the file is exported directly to MasterCam, which performs a machining simulation of the part and generates the programme in ISO or Mazatrol as required.
Our engineers review the generated programmes and make the necessary adjustments to optimise part manufacturing. Once the final programme is ready, it is sent directly to the relevant machining or turning centres via our machine-to-machine communications network.
PHASE 3 — Start-up and adjustment
1st — Programme re-analysis by operators
The operator carries out a further analysis of the programme at the machine and adjusts cutting parameters under the supervision of highly qualified staff.
2nd — Programme distribution to machining centres
If the programme is modified, it is re-uploaded to the server so only the correct version is stored, eliminating duplication issues. Drawing management is fully integrated with our MRP2 system: drawings can be retrieved on-screen from any point in the application and printed if needed.
