01 · Environmental

Environmental management

We work to reduce the environmental impact of our machining activity, from the source of the energy we consume to the management of the waste we generate.

Renewable energy

We have a 226.16 kW self-consumption photovoltaic installation, which reduces our reliance on the grid and the emissions associated with production.

Waste management

Metal swarf, cutting oils and coolants generated during machining are separated and handed over to authorized waste managers, always prioritizing recycling and recovery over landfill disposal.

Efficiency & digitalization

The digitalization of our production processes allows us to optimize material use, reduce manufacturing times and minimize waste at every stage of the process.

Regulatory compliance

We manufacture in compliance with the restricted-substance and materials regulations applicable to the automotive and aerospace sectors we serve.

02 · Social

Social responsibility

People are our workshop's most important asset. We look after their safety, their professional development and our ties to the community where we operate.

Workplace health & safety

Occupational risk prevention is a priority across all our processes, with the goal of ensuring a safe working environment for the whole team.

Team development

We invest in continuous training for our technical staff, key to maintaining the quality standards demanded by our automotive and aerospace customers.

Local employment

We generate stable, skilled employment in Parla (Madrid), contributing to the economic and social development of our immediate community.

03 · Governance

Governance & business ethics

Integrity and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable principles in our activity, extended to our relationships with suppliers and partners.

Code of Conduct

Our Corporate Code of Conduct sets out the principles of integrity, honesty and legal compliance that guide the company's activity and everyone who is part of it.

Ongoing commitment

Towards more sustainable management

Sustainability is a journey of continuous improvement. These are the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) guiding our priorities:

SDG 7

Affordable and clean energy

SDG 9

Industry, innovation and infrastructure

SDG 12

Responsible consumption and production

SDG 13

Climate action

Next steps

We are in the final stage of certifying our UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System — our fourth certification, alongside ISO 9001, EN 9100 and IATF 16949.
Advance in measuring our carbon footprint as a basis for setting reduction targets.
Assess our sustainability performance through industry-recognized platforms (e.g. EcoVadis) at our customers' request.
